• Access is contingent on your compliance with payment obligations and these Terms.

4. Payment & Fees

• All fees for courses or services must be paid at the time of enrollment (or as per any agreed payment plan).

• We accept payments via the methods displayed on our website.

• Non-payment or payment failure may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

• Prices, discounts, or promotional offers may change at our discretion, but once you enroll, your fee for that course is locked in.

5. Refund & Returns

• You may request a refund or a change of instructor within 30 days from the official course start date.

• After 30 days from the start date, refunds will no longer be permitted.

• Even after 30 days, you may still request an instructor change (subject to availability).

• To qualify, your request must be submitted with proof of enrollment date and comply with any verification requirements we set.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method; processing times depend on banks/payment providers.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without permission

• Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content

• Tamper with or attempt to destabilize our systems or platform

• Share your account credentials or permit unauthorized access

• Use the services in violation of applicable laws or these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these obligations.

• Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

• You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
