3.2. Payment must be made at the time of course enrollment. We accept Certified payment gateway.

4. Refund Policy

4.1.1. If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

4.1.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your account.

4.1.4. If you have accessed more than 10% of the course content or if you have attended more then 3 live classes, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4.2. Technical Issues

4.2.1. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please contact our support team at support@codinggems.in for assistance.

4.2.2. Refunds due to technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
