At Coding Gems, we believe in fair and transparent policies. This refund policy applies from the date your course begins through the next 30 days.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Changes

  • You may request a refund or teacher change within 30 days from the course start date.

  • After 30 days from when the course begins, refunds will no longer be accepted.

  • However, even after 30 days, you may request a change of instructor (subject to availability).

  • To initiate a refund or instructor change, contact us with your enrollment details (course name, student name, enrollment date).

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited via your original payment method.

  • The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Conditions & Limitations

  • Refunds are available only within the 30-day window from the course start date.

  • Instructor change requests are subject to teacher availability and may require a short waiting period.

  • Refunds will not be granted for courses that have progressed beyond 30 days.

  • Partial refunds (for partial course usage) are not provided—refunds must comply with the 30-day rule.

If your refund or teacher change request is denied and you believe there has been an error, you may escalate to our support team for review.
