2. Eligibility for Refunds & Changes

You may request a refund or teacher change within 30 days from the course start date.

After 30 days from when the course begins, refunds will no longer be accepted.

However, even after 30 days, you may request a change of instructor (subject to availability).

To initiate a refund or instructor change, contact us with your enrollment details (course name, student name, enrollment date).
3. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited via your original payment method.

The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Conditions & Limitations

Refunds are available only within the 30-day window from the course start date.

Instructor change requests are subject to teacher availability and may require a short waiting period.

Refunds will not be granted for courses that have progressed beyond 30 days.

Partial refunds (for partial course usage) are not provided—refunds must comply with the 30-day rule.
